Promise the Moon

A rugged ranch hand (Henry Czerny) tries to fulfill his employer's dying wish of finding his lost son (Shawn Ashmore) and bringing him home to manage the family's failing cattle ranch - which is about to fall prey to a local developer. The developer's tenacious secretary (Colette Stevenson) turns on her employer and joins forces with the rancher to teach the young boy how to be a cowboy. An unlikely romance blossoms as the two struggle to help the boy defeat the developer's cutthroat plans.
